Please post any issues or requests for new parts to be added in here.

If you have added your engine already and want to make an update to the ET or other fields post and let me know.

    Re: Engine Database Thread

no scorpion rockers, I run mixed ratio rockers 1.6 int and 1.7ex no option for that, no option for twin turbos, no option for ported heads or intake could be just a simple yes or no for porting there should be individual blocks for lift both int and exh, duration both int and exh, lsa and intake centerline track conditions should be added for the et block as I ran my car on an airfield with no track prep at all ET was slower than it should have been do to massive wheel spin but the mph was ok

Not bashing you good data base just need more inputs also think about adding evevation and temp for the day the car was dynoed as a car dynoed at 5000ft and 10% humidity is going to dyno differnt than a car dynoed at 800ft and 60% humidity. a great start though

    Added the scorpions

ET & Related Data - I think ET is a bit too ambiguous to warrant adding too much about track condition. For a start the ET is heavily affected by car weight, setup (suspension/chassis), tire width, driver skill etc in addition to the track conditions you mention. I may add a field for transmission type and car weight if you guys think they would be more useful. I want to avoid flooding the database with data that isn't really relevent to the HP a motor combination puts out.

As far as porting and number of turbos go and mixed ratio rocker combinations, these can be covered in the notes at the moment. I will consider adding a field for porting as it might be useful. Number of turbos could easily be added in the turbos field as well (eg "2 x GT28")

The cam specs is something I will consider doing as it might be useful to be able to sort by duraiton etc.

This is all good feedback, so keep it coming!

    Re: Engine Database Thread

Is it possible for me to change my entry after it's been posted?

At this point you just need to let me know which one and what changes you want and I can do it for you. I am planning on linking it to forum accounts so if you register you can modify your entry.
