Black, with mounting hardware (rails, etc). New vinyl from Mustangs unlimited. Perfect condition except for one 1/4-inch rip in driver's side. I think this is because I installed the new $ 60 foam in the drivers side and i had to get it real tight to get all those God-awful fastners on. But its been in storage over a year and has not gotten any larger.
