    289 hp ?

Hi I'm new here. Can somebody give me an idea of what my HP and ET might be. I built a 289 with Keith Black 10.7.1 pistons ane eldebrock preformer RPM intake and edelbrock preformer RPM cam and edelbrock 600 cfm carb. MDS dist. Hooker supercomp headers. The heads are 69 302 57 cc and have been hog out with 194 stainless steel valves. cran roller tip rockers. elec fan. Cran valve springs and the valve spring seats were cut for higth not shimed. The car it's in is a 62 fairlane weight is 2800 pounds with a 2800 stall converter. A redneck preformist C4 reverse shift with a trans brake. 380 posi gears. I think it should be about 375 to 385 HP and run mid 12's. What do you guys think.

     Thanks Russ

I your are pretty close on estimation.  Maybe a little high, but with top notch port work and revs you might be getting 375 horse.

Yeah by the sounds of it, it will all depend on just how good the work was when it was all put together. The headwork + etc could make a big difference.
