hey guys, and gals? I'm new to the forums, looking to get some info on possible de-stroker kits for a 302W.

 tried the typical scat, eagle, probe etc etc.... they make nothing! its easy to find a 331/347 kit, but no one seems to make anything for a de-stroked high reving small block.

 so the question is, does anyone know of a company (i dont care where they're located) that is manufacturing a rotating assembly kit? or at least individual pieces, for a short stroked 302? OR... if they don't exist, does anyone have any guidance as to how to go about making one? parts interchange... all that fun stuff.

 I've had an idea in my head for this motor for a while... but I never thought it would be so tough to even begin to build.

The most obvious destroked 302 is a 289. 2.7x stroke instead of 3.0in

 

If you want to go shorter again... not sure where youd go aside from very expensive machine shops or mix-n-match parts.
 

I don't think he actually wants a true destroked kit (IE a 400 chevy into a 377).  I think he wants a rotating assembly for a 302"
