HP gain will depend on how well the Torker II matches the rest of your setup.
If youre going from a 2bbl and stock cast iron intake, I would say 15-35hp. That range is so big because I dont reall know how a stock cam will like the T2.
Stock manifold bolts should be fine. Make sure to torque them up to specs, drive it for 1 heat cycle (start, warm up fully, drive around for a bit, cool fully) then retorque, and then check again after a few more cycles. If you dont the bolts can come a little loose. I also recommend using a bead of permatex black sealant instead of the cork gaskets front and rear.
