72-73 hi-deck 302 block for sale.bare block,main caps are still bolted on it. $40.00 In Detroit, no shipping must pick up. it's currently in my buddy's basement, nice and dry. this is a higher than stock deck height blocks for low compression. I believe this to be a good strong block, the main caps are thicker than later blocks.

give me a couple of days. it's in my buddy's basement. I think it an early 70's block. where are you located?

got the #'s  D90E-60 1-E3A  other #'s in sam area 8K6

Here is some info. based on the numbers you posted.

 D = 1970-1979

E = Engineering release date

O = Fairlane, Torino

E = Engine

 

8K6 = build date

8 = 1978

K =November (11th month)

6 = 6th day of the month
