What 4 valve heads are you talking about? The only 4 valve windsor heads I know of are amazingly expensive ( see here http://www.araoengineering.com/Ford/frdsmb.htm) If you mean 4v heads then there shouldnt be any real mods needed, though you might want to check the compression of the particular 4v head you are looking at.
