This is not your father's Ford. It's not even your older brother's. And it's definitely not for your average part-time bracket racer. I've recently bought a 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis but the engine was not running smoothly. One cylinder was not firing properly and after checking the spark and the injector we finally measured the compression which was only a half of the compression of some other ...

I'm building up a 1992 5.0 H.O. engine out of a mustang to put in a fullsize Bronco. I purchased it complete, but dissasembled. The pistons and the crank are alittle rough from shelf ware, and it had a blown head gasket caused by a pinhole in one of the water plugs. So, I'm starting off with a bare block. I spoke with a machine shop and they ...

The rate for tuning sounds ok if you are getting 3-4 hours worth of labour.
Dyno tuning is often the cheapest real hp you can buy, it can also be good insurance too as you really know how well your motor is running after its done.
If they only tune naturally aspirated v8's (and not 4cyl cars) then I could easily believe their claims.
