If you get the right pistons it will work. Off the top of my head I don't know of any pistons that will work in that combo. 351c pistons are slightly taller than the 302 piston, and may work with a 3'' stroke. Above is a cleveland block. Note the hole in front of the silver intake. This makes it pretty obvious as the water neck comes up from the block instead of horizontally from the intake like on this windsor below:
